I found 2 condos I really like. They are the same sq ft, the same layout, the same price and right around the corner from each other.

Condo A: Would need complete repainting, and has 5' more counter and cabinet space in the kitchen. No ceiling fan in the living room and has a vent hood over the range that I can't reach the switches or light. It also has a ton of shelves in the Master Bedroom screwed to the wall that I would have to pay someone to take down and patch. But is has more yard and faces West and a bigger patio. Biggest drawback is the walk way leading to the condo. It's up hill to go in and down hill to go out. (Something to think about when you are in a wheelchair.) Front screen door would have to be replaced from dog tearing up the screen

Condo B: Almost new paint, but needs carpet cleaned. Less cabinet and counter space in kitchen, but still a lot. I could put a 2 person table in that space where Conda A has counter top and cabinets. No shelves to have to have someone take down and patch. Nice ceiling fan in Living Room. Smaller patio, but not by much and faces East. Shorter and level sidewalk to get into the place. Very little yard, but about 50' from the side yard of the condo complex though. Is right next to one of the streets in the condo complex as compared to Condo A which is one condo away from street. But not a busy street. There were no cars that drove by while we were there. (And my cat is smart enough to stay away from streets/cars.)

Both have a 1 car garage. Doesn't really matter, as I can't get my van into anyway.

Wich one do I put an offer in on? Condo A? or Condo B?

I need an opinion. Why, when faced with questions like this, can my brain not compute? Its like it shuts down and I cannot make the comparison just by reading. Its like my brain screams, "show me pictures".

I will say that ceiling fans are completely overated by almost everyone.

You've never been stoned with no cable tv and your only copy of DUNE (1984 version) is missing. When suddenly! What! Is it true! An idea!

"I have only this string, a cat, and a cieling fan for entertainment and 1/4 oz of pot to get me through the next 3 hours."

Try that and tell me cieling fans are overated.

    • Was at the game and NYCFC honestly outplayed CLT the whole way.  Khalina and Zaha carried the team.  Zaha's wife on IG making it sound like he's gone come July. They're going to have to pay him or find a big time replacement because the team looks like pretty lost without him.
    • No one's saying LaMelo has no blame we're responding to you acting like he's the reason they lost. The scapegoating and blaming the teams woes on his personality is where it's like Cam Newton all over again. It was a failure on multiple fronts and primarily Lee's. Dude said ON AIR pregame that they had to protect the paint and if that was his gameplan going in he couldn't have botched it more. As the commentators said Ball's a rhythm guy and Orlando was preventing him for getting any kind of flow going. I'm a normie watching on TV and said they needed to bait them into fouling to combat that. They didn't even try until the 2nd half when it was too late. I think it's fair to expect the star to overcome whatever but LaMelo was not the problem in that game and he's not what is holding the team back. He's the only reason they're flirting with being a great team. I kinda put the center play on Lee too. Moose is great until he's up against a big who can body him. We've always known that and that's what Kalkbrenner is for. I don't know if it would have changed much but Kalkbrenner should have had more minutes than him.  And moving forward with the center position, I just think it's the time to trade Diabate while his stock's high and that's not an indictment of his game. He's like an evolved combination of Biyombo and PJ. He's a great rim protector and the strength issue is just what you're going to have to deal with if you want that. But Kalkbrenner is perfectly capable of protecting the rim and we gotta get away from the undersized centers or it'll always be a problem for us.
    • Honestly its why that Jalen Coker grab was a big deal.  I'd been warming up to the idea of a sadiq pick and was adamantly against a receiver...but this altered my train of thought.  I mean For instance, Cade Otton signed for 3 yr 30 mil contract...thats not dramatically different than the rookie payscale for #19 (4 year 20 mil with 5th year option), however you KNOW otton is decent...no clue if Sadiq will be anything.
