This is would be great if we can grab Herm before another team does. He is a good defensive coach. Plus, Herm and John are friends, so their would not be much turmoil.

I doubt he will take over head coaching duties in the future. He wants to be out of the limelight for now. If in a couple years, we fire Fox, i think we'll go after a younger coach. Not Herrrrmmmm.
