Honestly he needs the right coach. He needs someone who understands that Albert likes to attack and play his own way, which is fine as long as he produces results. He isn't an unmotivated guy as far as playing is concerned, and to get him to work out the coach just needs to say "if you make weight you'll get to play the way you want, you don't make weight you don't play". He's hungry, he wants the recognition and numbers, I say let him have them. Shanahan is handling this situation in a piss poor manner and being a dick to him isn't going to magically fix his odd personality.

I think it's time the panthers took a chance on a player like this. If he gets motivated he would immediately put us in the top 5 defenses.
