You of all people shouldn't be discussing fairness. You defended Moore for the same things Clausen does, and flamed Clausen. It is no secret to anyone on the Huddle that you hate Clausen more than any other player and consistently ignore the 2 maybe even 3 good plays he has in games. Honestly I wish you just wouldn't post in Clausen-related threads because you say the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over. You bring nothing unbiased to the picture. I think you quoted the wrong post but I'll respond anyway.

I did not defend Moore for the same things Clausen does, they are completely different players and have a completely different style of play. I defended 2 of Moore's interceptions in the Bears game because they deserved defending, as I would for Jimmy. I also said in the Rams game Moore probably would have graded out better than fans think, considering certain plays in that game.

My main criticisms of Clausen come from his lack of NFL tools. While Clausen and Moore can't be compared in that dept (Moore is taller, better arm, quicker release). I've rarely questioned Jimmy's intangibles other than leadership and his so called "NFL readiness" because those things can be coached later on (decision making, reading defenses, blitz pickup, audibles) by any good QB coach. Many of Moore's problems come from decision making and risk taking rather than physical ability, so with a good QB coach I think he can be fixed.

I am not the one who brought up the paying of "draft experts" but it has been reported and you can google it if you want. It's all speculation and it's not really a big deal but it is something to consider. From the area I am from, the Clausen family is well known for what they do for their children and haven't made many friends because of it. HS sports are very popular in this area and having a 19-20 year old as a senior in HS is frowned upon by many people, so it's not only me that dislikes the family. I know you are from a rich background and you feel for him so I guess I see your point?

I know you are trying to find some legit reason to hate me but I'm not as biased a poster as you think I am, in fact, I'd say a majority of the board feels the way I do about Clausen and only a small minority feels the way you do.

My criticisms of Clausen are all with merit and evidence to back it up. It's kind of sad when you say that I should be giving him credit for the "2-3 good plays" he makes a game like it's some sort of accomplishment that he doesn't look like a clown on every play and has 2-3 where he looks competent.

I wish people would stop making excuses for Clausen so I wouldn't have to post in these threads all day.
