I think its time to move on. He dosent have much left in those legs and its showing. You look how fast weve played the last two games without him in the lineup and that should be all the evidence you need. Im not saying that trading him is going to get us in the playoffs but there is a team somewhere that is looking for a gritty veteran and Im sure that theyll give up someone young with promise for him. Not saying this has to be done, but its clear to me that Brindy is the 4th line center on this team now. Staal, Cullen and Sutter are all playing well above him. The time to make a move and get something for him is now.

Remember they traded Ron Francis and Glen Wesley a few years ago, worked out for those guys ok. 10 is in the rafters and 2 is going up next week, 17 will be up there when the time is right. I dont think this team can afford to hang on to the past much longer.
