Sensation (white)

Huge music festival that occurs all over the world and brings in extremely large crowds dressed in all white to dance and rave to some famous DJs from around the globe. This summer I'll be in Europe for 6 weeks and in July Sensation is going down in Amsterdam and I would really like to go.

Anyone ever been or have experiences at massive raves?

Never had the chance to go to a sensation event, but I've been to Glastonbury in the UK and Manumission on Ibiza and some other large European events

As well as Coachella and a few Monster Massive's down in LA

My personal preference is for the smaller party's around 2-5k, but definitely if you are into the music/scene and have a chance to experience a large festival in Europe you should absolutely go for it, the production value and level of talent at the European festivals blows away anything the states has to offer.

There's this guy I know that works at the Y and he is from Amsterdam and we are always talkin about Europe and stuff. He was telling me about this the other day and told me to look up the video. He was telling me I should go this summer.

Plus I really wanna go to Amsterdam anyways.

I don't remember the names of the raves that I went to, but some were pretty big. Too many pills.

i do music festivals every year, but have found myself migrating to the smaller events. they're much more fun and personal.

You guys going to All Good? Kinda wanna go. I would love to see Pretty Lights, Umphrey's, Yonder Mtn, Keller, Galactic,and Furthur all in one place.

pretty lights is soooooooooooooooo insane live, seen him twice. loved him so much the first time, i was willing to skip out on The Dead encore to catch his whole set

seriously, if you'd be willing to do All Good and go all the way to WV, you should consider going to the Electric Forest Festival with us in Michigan, it's only a little further ;) we could do a whole carpool thing, and doing a fest for the first time with people that have done one before makes a HUGE difference. i've got a photographer buddy who's coming with and has gotten full press for the festival and will be running around shooting all weekend

i've got some friends trying to get us to go to Floydfest as well, but i doubt we will. i love a lot of the music, but i like to rage a little at night at my festivals and that doesn't have much of a rager element to it haha.
