Are you being sarcastic or serious? Restructuring a contract doesn't cost a player anything. In fact, it results in their getting more $$ up front. The team usually converts bonuses or salary to spread the cap hit in a restructure...that's all.

I was talking about Williams getting rewarded by a big contract.
