I know you guys are only used to only giving Cam credit for a throw like Jimmy's TD to Olson but let's see what we learned.

1. Clausen went downfield to make a play.

2. He threw into double coverage trying to get a score (vs out of bounds)

3. He put the ball where his receiver could make a play for it.

4. He used an Aaron Rogers style windup.

For all of the experts here you would think someone would pick up on this rather than dismissing the kid after scoring a TD lol.

I don't doubt that Jimmy has gotten better. That TD throw was the right decision, and Olsen made a fantastic catch. But there are shots of other throws that Jimmy tried, that looked just horrible.

Plus, where are all the deep throws from Jimmy? I might have seen one or two but it was yards after the catch opposed to a deep catch.

I think this is the most important thing. He tried to squeeze it between two defenders. He also threw it high where either Olson would make a play on it or it was going out the endzone. That is what you want from the QB
