Bayless knows he's taking Cam's comments out of context, he just needs something to say. It's September, there is no NBA, MLB playoffs haven't started yet (and ESPN doesn't care anyway since the Sox and Yanks won't be meeting in the playoffs), I think there is WNBA on, but I'm not really sure, and NASCAR gets about 45 seconds of highlights. ESPN is a 24 hour sports channel and needs to fill the time in the middle of the week.

I'm actually a Skip Bayless fan, or supporter, or whatever you call it. I like his breakdowns on players and sports way more than those idiots who sit across from him everyday.
