Bears-Lions

he is

he gets humiliated on a weekly basis and you could argue he's cost the Bears this game with some crucial missed tackles on Best

I can't wait until a coach sends a backup in to take his knees out to end his career. Someone needs to do it before he seriously injuries another player with his helmet to helmet poo.

merriweather is far and away the dirtiest player in the league.

No. No, it wasn't Peanut. And there are plenty of pictures from different angles showing as much. Keep on hating on Pep, though

I love Peppers, was my favorite player on the Panthers. Not hating on him at all.

But the fact is Peanut got the first hand on the ball and changed the flight of the ball. Peppers was just there to finish it off. Not sure it would have made a difference.

Here you go:

I spoke with Charles Tillman and he said that he did get his fingers on Olindo Mare’s 34-yard field goal attempt before Julius Peppers blocked it last Sunday against the Panthers. Maybe the NFL should give them each half a block (like the league does with sacks) because Tillman deserves some of the credit!

whatever lol

at least we can admit when we have bad players. if you can legitimately defend such a scumbag who has repeatedly played like a dirtbag, you're more of a homer than I thought you were.

Who's "defending" any player? I'm simply shooting holes in your horseshit hyperbole posts.

I'm sorry, but you're 100% incorrect. Peanut applied pressure, but it was Pep's hand that deflected the ball.

    • Everyone says AT was old and slow but the one thing he could do consistently was get separation. That takes skill and it's been a huge issue in our WR for years. And while Moore may be a great locker room guy and our WR coach may be a 12 year vet, he's not playing in the game. Vets like AT do what they do because they can see things others don't and exploit it. The DB interview I mentioned before was with Stephon Gilmore after his DPOY season. He was pulling the younger DBs aside showing them things you wouldn't even think you'd be able to tell from the way the receiver was standing.  Seeing what a DB or LB is biting on in game that can give you that half step advantage is huge and we don't have that experience in our WR group right now and I think it could end up hurting us. None of our receivers have lined up against NFL corners successfully on a regular basis. Having someone that can walk over and give you a tip to get a half yard separation can be a difference maker.
    • We only fielded about 4 NFL calibre players on that unit last year.
    • only 1 QB in the history of mankind has managed a winning record with his opportunities in the David Tepper era.    Bring in PJ.   He has NFL tools.  He will at least be entertaining if called upon.  How is that not better than Andy.  *PJ Walker bandwagon is back up now that it is....not...time for for the percolator.
