If Chud stays, do you think we will ever be able to...

No the problem with america today is people like you who they think they know everything because they are studying a subject in college.

You were the one resorting to trash talk with the mopping floors with you comment.

PS. Modding is my life

I don't know everything, that is why I actually decided to college unlike half of the individuals on this site, and I also do research and make sure I know what I am talking about before I post something, that way if someone wants to actually have a civil conversation I can respond and we can carry on an intelligent convo about athletics. However, everyone takes offense to what I say and then resorts to personal attacks.

Which don't really bother me considering I actually know I have a life ahead of me unlike most that post here.

Do you find any of this post ironic?

Balance is not the end all be all, and people also mix up the cause with the effect.

People often look at relatively easy wins, see that there were a bunch of rushing plays, and say "See we need to run more often!"

In reality we were running more because we were winning, while you pass more when you're losing. Running doesn't cause wins, winning causes runs.

You make a good point, balance is not the sole reason a team wins. However, it certainly helps. Now before we start putting Newton in the same category as Brees, Brady, and Rogers; let's remember that Newton is not nearly as accurate as them only completing 60% of his passes which does not even put him in the top 15 of the NFL of completion percentage. Therefore, I personally think that more rushes by Williams and Stewart would take pressure off of Cam having to throw 36 passes a game; especially when we use the play-action (even though we use it rarely).

(Side-Note)- Cam's draw plays don't have the same effect that Williams's and Stewart's rushes have because not only are some scrambles, but his draw plays usually come out of a modified goal line or four wide formations with no one in the back field leaving the defense to either realize it is a draw play for Cam or a pass play. Now with Williams and Stewart receiving reps, the Panthers open up the ability to use the play action, which would greatly benefit Cam because he is an excellent passer on the run (role-out).

Now you are right that usually winning does create more running plays. However, 63% of Williams's and Stewart's carries have occurred when the Panthers are trailing or tied.
