Did Atl Also Pay For Cart-Offs?

How common are bounty programs? I mean the ones that reward for injury as opposed to game changing plays.

.......this might have been a common practice in football - former Saints receivers Joe Horn alleged yesterday that every other team had a bounty program, and specifically said Kansas City and Atlanta paid for cart-offs.

I also saw that Goodell has instructed the other 31 teams to specifically end any and all bounty programs. Other than the teams mentioned in association with Greg Williams, who else was doing this?

Truth? We'll probably never know. As someone who played in high school it wasn't uncommon even then. I can't imagine what it's like amongst ultra competitive NFL athletes.
