Tribes Ascend

Anyone around here play? I used to play the original what feels like ages ago. I downloaded this new version the other day and I'm enjoying it.

I played it before the last update. It was fun and all. It's just too hard to keep up once you fug up though. And if your team is bad, you're done. Takes a lot of practice to get the skiing and the jetpack stuff downpat along with leading your shots. If you keep at it, it should be good fun, however if you're just passing by, you'll ragequit pretty quickly.

Die hard fan right here. I competed and played T1 and T2 and fuging LOVE them. I still play tribes 2, I competed in Arena and CTF and a huge part of the community, if you played you knew me. When the games fiirst came out they were great, now of course no one playsthe 98/02 games and teh develoupers were in over their head and nothin in my opinion has yes to be created to that extent. This is my own personal favorite of all time. Tribes 2 was way ahead of its time and was fuging awesome. I really want ascend but I will have to wait until I have a PC that can handle it. The games are so fun but I highly recomend getting a PC that can handle it and then some. A lot of the players are very computer savy and you will be going up against the best (PC and a T1-T3 connection)

I have not played it yet but I am so exited so see the vets still want to keep this game going. I am pretty sure the creators are long time players. Tribes vengence was god awful and complete failure. Tribes 2 is by far the best but T1 was not bad.
