That is a great point. Before last season Ron said he was reading theory books on clock management because it was never part of his duties before. At the time I thought it might cost us a game or two and it became a factor on a few occasions. Most notably when he called a timeout against the Saints* so they could set up a field goal. He said that was a learning moment for him so hopefully he works on that sort of stuff a ton this off season.

I just think back, so many things had to go wrong for our season to fall flat. Remember the Vikings game? Cam runs the ball for first and goal and Steve gets called for holding, we had to settle for a missed field goal. Just tiny things like that lost us games every week.
