The more you throw the ball, the more likelihood that you will be one of those statistics.

That's one reason you don't see any bottom feeding quarterback's on that list because all that team does in run the ball.

I.E. Jacksonville, Miami, Buffalo, Arizona, Washington, Minnesota, Seattle, St. Louis etc...

The only quarterback who's name is not on that list that is potentially a top 15 quarterback is Jay Cutler.
