Mentions that he is kind of concerned about Norman and Hogan because while they are missing time guys like Chris Gamble, Captain Munnerlyn, Darius Butler, and R.J. Stanford are only getting better.

One thing that caught me was that Rivera said something along the line of... Hogan is not used to having to work this hard and being this sore.

I wonder if he questions Brandon Hogan's work ethic?

Sounds that way; he injured his knee well over a year now. He should have got with Davis and Beason during his rehab.

Maybe he means that Hogan isn't used to having to work this hard and being this sore? Maybe he said this because of Hogan's lack of experience and lack of practice time because of his injuries. Not everything he says is cryptic or a subtle jab at his players. I really doubt he's trying to call Hogan lazy. I think you're used to having to dissect Fox's fox talk and aren't used to people saying what they mean.

Also if you actually watched the video you can tell in his voice that he is a little frustrated.

Rivera hasn't been here long.....one thing is clear. He seems to separate guys into 2 groups. Football players and guys who act like girls bc they aren't 100%.

I think he's just saying that he's never went through an NFL training camp. He hasn't went through anything this intense. Rivera says it how it is, which i guess makes up for Marty Hurney's pitiful interviews.

A few of my family members went to WVU so I don't want people to think that I am trashing Hogan, but we are coming up on a year and a half that he has been hurt.

Mainly just Hogan. Only mentioned Norman once and that was when he said that he was concerned that they were missing time while others were getting reps in and getting better.

If you're injured, you can't play. Maybe Rivera is frustrated with the injury and not with Hogan.

Not every player that can't make it back onto the field is Jeff Otah.

I think Ron really wants one of these guys to take that #2 CB spot. He's frustrated because he doesn't want to go into the season with the same secondary.
