Cincinnati Bengals have waived WR Jordan Shipley & K Thomas Weber.

Did not see that coming. I know he tore an ACL last year, so wondering if he was not healing properly or what. When he did play he was solid and had great hands. Gettis would have had no chance with the Bengals if this is the case.

because he was really sure handed his rookie year.
