We're 24 hours away from kickoff with no game thread. I said it last week and the week before, but this is an absolute must win. Both teams are banged up, and hungry for a win. Coming off the bye week I think we have the advantage, but it will be a nail biter.

My prediction: 24-17, Panthers.

What's your prediction/keys to the game? Who are you keeping your eye on?

I honestly think we get blown up in this game. 31-17, Dallas.

Rob Ryan will scheme around pressuring a under-performing, re-shuffled OLine with weak chemistry. Cam is going to start happy, take a bunch of hits and be frustrated by the third quarter. He'll have a hard time getting into sync. I think we will have a couple of monster plays, because Chud will have drawn some bizarre poo up during the bye.

On defense, we'll get to Romo a few times, but he's going to have a prolific day against our secondary.

Hope to be wrong!

I can't stand fans that say, "Oh we're gonna get blown out, so and so is gonna whoop our ass, but I hope we win!"

They don't deserve the right to cheer for this team.

Hey guys i think the panhters will win 52 - 6 because romo is a *** and i have kuuchlys authentic jersey.

Now that's just an exaggeration lol. I said 24-17 in a nail biter but only because we're coming off a bye.

Romo is a ***.

And I was saying I didn't like fans that always say we're gonna lose and get raped by a player, but if we win or are winning they will cheer. It's fugging stupid. I didn't say, "Oh I hate Sloth he always thinks we're gonna lose". So stop bitching.

    • I like it, but really our future hinges on three very important and expensive things we really can't predict right now. 1. Bryce. He either is or isn't going to be the guy. We won't know until this coming season ends. If he puts us in the 10 wins category and continues to improve (that TD-INT ratio is the big tell there), he won't be cheap. But I don't think he's going to be getting anywhere near the bank breaking amounts, unless we see some kind of Drew Brees-type emergence. 2. Can Icky even come back to play? At all. LT, guard or RT. I sure hope he can and I'd love to see him at guard. If he can come back, though, he's looking at vet pay at whatever position. $10 million a year is probably what we're looking at if he has to change position, if he can still play LT then it gets very steep. We might end up looking at letting him hit to open market. 3. Taylor Moton. Love the guy and he's been the picture perfect Right Tackle. The question is will he want to keep doing this? He's getting long in the tooth but he's still a hell of a scrapper out there. If he wants to go and we really want him to stay, well that costs big bucks. While RTs are supposedly easier to replace than LTs, it's still a tough one for us.  And we won't know anything on this until after training camp and then season end. Dan Morgan's got a lot of stuff in the "still to be decided" bin on his desk.
    • In another post, Snow says about three years before you can properly grade a rookie class.  Sounds about right…
    • And this reiterates why I don’t want a Young contract extension. Please let us find another QB.
