Amazing Talents at the WR Postition in 2013

Lol at the comparisons! If the WR is that talented it should be pegged as best WR draft class EVER!

I hope you do know that no one is saying they're going to be who they were compared to in the next level. Alot of experts, scouts and online sources sees a similar comparison in them with me when we look at them.

Every prospect is compared to a NFL player. If not, then who should we compare them to? Did u not remember how many experts compared Kellen Moore to Drew Bress this early year? No one said he's going to be Drew Brees did they? They just said when they look at the tape, attributes and how they play the game, it's similar.

Allen, Hunter, Woods and Williams go in the 1st round i think.but Patterson, Rogers, Hopkins, and Patton could be there looking at us in the 2nd.i left Austin off because we have enough Little WRs.

I really think a team like Seattle could jump on Patterson in the first. The kid is fast and can play the game. I just hope that we could solve all three needs (DT, FS, and WR) in with early rounds talents. No matter if we have to trade back into the 2nd.

We need Justin Hunter

Too inconsistent. If we're taking a WR in the first this year it should be Keenan Allen, or Robert Woods. I lean towards Allen because of size, but Woods is way more elusive, and has faster straight line speed....

I am thinking WR in the first and FS in the second may be a good way to go with our defensive line beasting lately. As someone that does not watch a lot of college ball, I found this article helpful in giving a brief overview of the top WRs in the upcoming draft:

http://www.sbnation.com/nfl-mock-draft/2012/11/2/3588968/keenan-allen-injury-2013-nfl-draft-wide-receiver-rankings

"Right now, it's a three horse race to be the first wide receiver off the board. Assuming all three of these guys declare, Allen still looks like the best bet to come off the board first. He'll have to check out medically, but each of these receivers has dealt with injuries, so Allen is not alone."

they guy is just electric.UT puts him in the backfield in the I formation just to get his hands on the ball.you are right he will probably go in the 1st after the process and runs a 4.4. i would also address the FS in FA, i think we could pry Jarius Byrd from the bills.

Yea, I like Hunter a lot and wouldnt mind taking him at all bc the ceiling is high on him like everyone else but he tends to drop balls often. Look at the highlight I posted up on him vs. State. He had a good game but dropped too many balls.

If we really need a WR, I'll wait till the 2nd and hope that a Patterson or Rogers is there. Take a Star in the first instead. Patterson IMO is a beast. The dude is huge, fast and a playmaker.

Yea Patterson is pretty special.

I have thought about Byrd through FA but I don't see the Bills letting him walk. They're very weak back there and the smartest move for them is to keep him. Event though, if he is available in FA I think we won't be able to afford him. He'll be asking for too much bc his stats back him up. The thing is I rather go FS in the 2nd round then taking a chance through FA bc our FO has proved that they like below average to average players (Nakamura). We won't be going after a Byrd but instead another scrub. Id be happy if we could get Glover Quinn. I think he's an upcoming FA though he's a SS.

Good point about our Dline. Since they have been playin solid so far, I wouldn't mind going WR and FS before a DT. Though if Star or Hankins is there, I would not and we would be stupid to pass up on one of them.

this team needs to pay for a guy like Byrd, money well spent.the new GM will want to put his stamp on this team,so expect at least one big signing.
