That loser philosophy is what New England uses EVERY year. It is how you build great teams, NOT by going out and buying up free agents.

Really? I guess you missed some of their recent FA pickups. You know, guys like Brandon Lloyd, and Anthony Gonzalez, and Steve Gregory, and others. Before that there were guys like Randy Moss and Fat Albert.

NE signs lots of FA's. Their drafts have been very so-so for a number of years.

NE signs lots of FA's. Their drafts have been very so-so for a number of years.

NE builds through the draft. I love the way they build a team. They are not afraid to dump anyone at any time that isn't performing. They do NOT pay huge money in FA, they bring in mid tier guys that have some time left and coach them up and do not pay them huge money.
