Official Hip-Hop Thread..

"We're not against rap, We're not against rappers... But we are against those thugs"

for real though, f(u)ck rap.. I mean that whole-hardheartedly.. This thread was, and forever will be, about Hip-Hop. (despite the fact that this thread has been deleted more than once..)

This thread may be for the few who completely understand this genre, yet disregard those who pretend great music must focus on the ignorant which includes both rock and rap.. We aren't about the ignorant, we are about talented lyricists and creative beats- both as one, not meant to be separate, regardless of the enactment. Rock music has proven to be an even worse victim..

Only those who refuse to listen would assume hip-hop is about synthesized music generation without the most explosive lyrical brand ever made, and would still proclaim Hip-Hop isn't already an ordinance in every genre....... Yet the fact remains hip-hop runs this world and has included every genre multiplied by style, relevance, and creativity.

there are only a few who could ever disagree... so let me start this off right...

    • I understand why people say things like it could be worse in relation to Tepper but it just doesn't jive for me. Are the optics bad? Yes. Would I want her to be the owner of my team? No. But I mean she's only been owner for a year and the Colts overall are a better run organization. As far as I know they've also never had the distinction of having the worst win percentage in all of professional sports either. Tepper has owned this team for 8 years and about the only thing that has been consistent has been the ability to continue to find different ways to achieve new lows. Even now people are saying things are different yada yada but we said these same things at certain points under Rhule Fitterer and Reich. I'm going to wait to see how the rubber meets the road this upcoming season before I make any strong conclusions about anything in relation to the longevity under this franchise going forward.
    • This is a toughie because I wonder what a guy like Canales thinks about redemption stories for addiction issues. Also, I think this is a case of 1 player getting caught, and not being naive enough to think this isn't more common in college than we think. I'd toss a 3rd rounder out there. 2026 is essentially a redshirt season regardless, so he's not taking over for any NFL QB next year. Best case, he's ready to go in 2027 if we pass on Bryce's extension. Worst case, he's our future backup QB2. Kid has the tools to be an NFL QB. I do think we could somehow land a '26 3rd round pick back in a trade. Our past years' third rounders are: Brazzell Princely Wallace DJ Johnson Matt Corral All this to say, I could see a team like the Jets going w/ a 2nd. They have three FRPs next year.
