Good (or bad) news for Highlander fans

Ryan Reynolds is no longer set to star in the remake/reboot of the original 'Highlander'.

The project is now said to be in 'development hell and might not happen at all.

I personally wouldnt mind a Highlander reboot if it's done right, but I didn't want it to star Ryan Reynolds.

Another concern, how do you do the soundtrack?

Good news for me. The original classic has already been tainted by almost everything that came after it. I doubt they can re-create the magic ever again so best to leave it alone

I actually liked the series.

The sequels though? Ugh :(
