Halloween Decorations (Homemade) and party

It's that time of year for Halloween!

I am having our annual Halloween party, and have some good stuff this year(4 huge bins of scary decor). I like making our house scary looking, and don't care for silly or goofy decorations. I typically scoop up stuff the day after Halloween, when it's 50-90% off. I have only looked at Amazon tonight for the first time, but stuff still looked expensive.

I think the key to having a good Halloween party along with music, is the lighting....it will make or break the effect your decorations will have. I have a mix of candles, and black, red and orange lights. Also got a good creepy music list. I also am going to be running the smoke machine, this really adds to the effect.

Anyone got any good easy, inexpensive decoration ideas they want to share???

Man we're having our Halloween party this coming Saturday, and I need to get on the ball.  All I have is a friggin' light-up Football-o-lantern.

Put some road kill all over the house.  This will get the smell of death throughout.
