@MSmithCanes: This reduces roster size to 21. Bellemore will need activation to play tomorrow. Malhotra would fill out group of 23.

@MSmithCanes: Worth noting: Skinner eligible to be activated beginning today, Dvorak eligible to be activated beginning tomorrow.
