Not one Patriot fan came back?

If you're going to talk smack to an opposing fan....one who came back to eat his crow.  (One of the more honorable things you can do on a message board) at least be right and not sound corny.  Thanks.  Everyone apparently but you knows that Brady is a 1st ballot.

Thanks for your opinion. They were classy when they rubbed that superbowl win in our face.

Everyone apprently but you remembers that they cheated horribly. . and its laughable to think media writers forgot about it. Time will tell wont it. Till then either kiss ass or beat it, neither bothers me, youre insignificant.

I have no need to be classy to jerks. So sorry to overlook this rule in your book of gentleman's etiquette.

Im proud of my team, Im proud that they stood up to a bunch of cheaters, and Im proud CJ finished the game and gave it everything he had after Belicheat tried to "sweep the leg". Im not proud of beating down a mouth breathing imbecile, Im simply entertained.

When you can man up and say "Im sorry we cheated, we shouldnt have won any of those 3 superbowls because of it" then maybe I will take the time to respect you. Until then SCOREBOARD MUFUGGER! LOL

your team is finished, fade back into mediocrity now.

It's just a week 11 win son. Neither team has won anything at this point in the season. Hate to remind you of that.

Such sour grapes on your part...its truly sad. No need to be a poor winner...

One of these days you might get a little parade to celebrate. I can't make any promises, but some day you might have it. Best of luck in the future.

Where did you end up tailgating? The Pantherfanz tailgate was huge.

GREAT question! We ended up in a lot that was $40 and not too far from the stadium...I got all twisted and turned around when I left the stadium, and if it wasn't for the building decked out in neon, I would still be walking in circles to find the parking lot!

I know it was near a church...and if I look at a map now, I have a feeling it was on S Graham St?

Either way, it was a blast. We talked to a lot of the locals parked next to us, and they were all a really great time. When we got to our seats, the people in front and behind us were great as well. Lots of smack talking, but its all good. Thats what its all about. Its rare that you can all talk smack to each other, and know its all in good fun. These people were all that, and we really had a lot of fun.

One of the better cities we have visited for a game thats for damn sure.

When we do have our parade it wont be because we cheated. Why do you feel so "sour"? Shrug. . enjoy picking a new team to follow next year.

Your QB is old now, nearly done, as is your franchise. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Like I said before the game BofA is pretty friendly to visiting fans. The Pat fans I talked smack to where all cool. It was a great fuging game that's for sure. It was good to finally have a relevant game in BofA after the last 4-5 years. I had to sit in my seats and watch Jimmy fuging Clausen and Brian St. Pierre suck ass and toss salad for a season so this type of game is long overdue.

I hear you...I have been there before as well. There was a point in time in this city where you couldn't even watch a game on tv if you wanted to. But those of us that stuck it out through the 1 win seasons, are reaping the benefits now when everyone in the world wants to go to a game. So its worth it in the end.

Razey man, just stop dude.  We won, and it was a huge win.  Trenches was the one that was being a douchenozzle the whole time... these other guys have been nothing but classy and respectful the whole time they've been here and they even came back to eat crow and give us props.  What more do you want?

And if you don't think Brady is a surefire 1st-ballot HOFer... well then I don't know what to tell you.

Youre right that was presumptuous. You're ok with being a loser. . so Im sure youll be happy rooting for the Belicheats.

Its all good brother. I don't switch my alliances to a team based on what their record is year after year. You might, but thats your problem. Judging by the way you handle the Panthers winning a game, you probably are one of those fair weather fans.

As a Boston sports fan, I have come to grips with losing a big game every once and a while. It's no big deal. Stop being such a poor winner and grow up a little. Sour grapes brother...sour grapes.

    • I can't get behind a purely subjective re-draft as a method of defining "top-10 QB" status. That invites bias based on vibes/hypotheticals and can ignore actual on-field performance. You and others have said that Bryce has to be a top-10 QB to justify the pick. That's a high bar, which I'm not against, but we need a clear, consistent way to measure it. When I bring up metrics that Bryce has registered in the top-10 in like BTT%, P2S ratio, catchable deep ball rate, etc... they're waved off as either irrelevant or the expected baseline performance. Meanwhile, volume stats like passing yards or win-loss records, both of which depend heavily on roster talent, health, and coaching, are treated as definitive. That's where the inconsistency kicks in. If no performance metric ever counts in his favor and the answer is always going to be "he should be doing that," then we're not evaluating him... we're just holding him to a curve he can't win against. If this is really about performance standards, then let's define them. But if it's just about confirming prior takes based on height and weight, then let's call it what is it and stop pretending that this is a football analysis discussion.
    • Just to be clear: I'm not "downplaying" the talent around Bryce... I'm qualifying it. There's a big difference between saying, "we finally have building blocks that we're actually developing" and "we've done enough to say this is a finished product, NO EXCUSES!" It's possible to believe that the 2023 situation was bad and to believe that the current state, while improved, is still incomplete. That's not inconsistency; that's nuance. As for the footwork stuff, again, I've seen the same clips as others. The claim that Bryce is hopping to see over the line just isn't one I've seen corroborated by analysts or tape breakdown. "Both feet off of the ground to throw" happens a ton for QBs (ex: Mahomes, Rodgers, Purdy, etc.), especially when improvising. You're right that there were some encouraging flashes from Bryce last season, and it's nice to finally hear that after so much time was spent pretending otherwise. I'm not arguing that Bryce is elite, I'm just asking that we evaluate him using consistent, measurable criteria to determine his status as a top-10 QB... whether it's via 3rd down %, red zone efficiency, turnover-worthy plays, or yes, big-time throws (which, by the way, has been a valid part of QB evaluation across the league for years even if it wasn't used here during Kyle Allen or Teddy Bridgewater's years. For reference: Allen had 20 BTT at a 3.9% rate. Teddy had 17 BTT at 3.3%). Like you, I'm hoping to see a competent, entertaining offense this season. That's a baseline we can all root for, even if we don't have the same baseline for what makes a QB top-10 (which, to be fair, is what this conversation has been about... though I respect the attempt to reframe it).
    • I am optimistic that we might be on the verge of fielding a sustainable offense finally. The Bryce stats listed above are definitely encouraging. I don’t want to overly inflate this and disregard the previous 1 and a half seasons of production from Bryce and “cherry pick” stats but do hope the benching turns into an inflection point in his trajectory.      Lots of excitement heading into this season.
