Yeah, some guys people on a uniform and don't feel accomplished until they are telling somebody what to do.

I was having such a ballin time.

I know im bitching, and I am not divulging everything.

But at a basal explanation.

I bought tickets for my friends and I.

We go down, excited as all hell.

Fantastic first half, lets go get some beers.

Excorted out for not putting out my smoke fast enough.

 f

It was deflating, embarrassing, stupid, and so much more rolled into one. I did not feel I had deserved anything to deserve it. fug i would throw away all the stupid cigarettes i had just to not be kicked out.

Im just sour guys.

Justice is silly.

It's also annoying when you have to walk through a cloud of somebody's second hand smoke out of their aids infested lungs every time you walk into or out of a building. No big deal though. I just wonder why smokers don't walk 20 more feet out of the way to avoid putting innocent people through bullcrap. It is my right to great clean oxygen more than it is your right to smoke.

DUUUUUUUDEEEE

I am not arguing your point.

I believe it is everyones right to choose to smoke, however that "right" to choose to smoke should not impede on everyones right to breath fresh air.

fug.

My point is, I was told by a concession stand worker that I could smoke where I did. Turns out that I couldnt. I put it out, however not fast enough to satisfy the guy that got me kicked out.

I get on here just before bed, hoping to catch a good "make me smile" stat before bed and I stumble accross this gem of a thread...

That's the huddle for ya

My bad man, I had just been in blinding tears of frustration for something that I, by the rules, cannot argue my self out of.

All I wanted was to watch the game. I did something wrong, and was given an, what I believe, inappropriate punishment for doing so

I just dont want to see it happen to anyone else.

if you break the rules, you should never be shocked that you have to face consequences. if you break the rules, you really have no leg to stand on. if it was out of ignorance, learn from it and don't do it again....but even then, don't think that ignorance will get you out of it. it's just too easy for everyone to plead ignorance so those enforcing those rules really have to pretty much not care what you plead, esp. in that situation. he may have been an ass about it, but he was still just doing his job.

I really hope that whatever I said is not in alignment with this philosophy.

I do understand that to be true. The "life is unfair" thing.

I do not believe that to be a good enough excuse for anyone that has no understanding or empathy to understand that the punishment did not equal the offence.

I am not excusing what I did. If I can "try" and deflect blame, I had asked a concession stand employee where a smoking area is.

I have absolute respect for the people who do not smoke. They are not asking for the smoke that the people who smoke do.

That is why I carry that respect around people who don't smoke.

If I had known that the area, was by rule, non smoking, then I would not.

That is, now having read that, all fans, stadium vets and non, that there is no smoking allowed BOA stadium.

I foolishly believed, in my ideal selfish search for a smoking area, and what a women who asked me cash for 7.50 miller lite, told me to smoke.

Don't do it.

It somehow equates, to an exhausting escort (btw, Im pissed him off by hitting the cigerette before I put it out ,my bad)
