Replace Cam with any other playoff QB - Do we win 12 games?

Andrew luck hardly has talent around him does he? Wayne was out most of the season so he had Hilton and fleener that's equates to smitty and olsen, still has better record than cam first two seasons. Not bashing cam but just saying luck has impressed me more than any other qb of late

AFC South is horrible though. The NFC South is a lot tougher.

If it were not for Cams legs, our win total would have suffered greatly.

He can throw the ball through a brick wall, but his consistency and touch are still works in progress, along with a couple intangables.  He made great strides this season however

His stats very similar to last season. Maybe Cam's throwing and whatever "intangibles" you're talking about isn't the problem.

When a QB knows he doesn't have consistent Receivers around him he's left to force the issues. Forced issues caused much mistakes in a QB world. There is a reason why those in the media go out of their way to say their chosen QBs like Luck, doesn't have any real weapons around him. Translation...He's good but he needs harder working players around him to help him look great. Why should Cam be treated any differently?

These hypothetical scenarios are irrelevant. We have who we have, and I am fine with it. Just keep putting talent around him.

No offense to the OP but this is a stupid brain dead thread. I mean you can what if with coaches and players all day but it's impossible and unproductive to say what would happen. Who knows? Who cares?

Why do you guys put Wilson in a class with Cam? I know he has overachieved and his story is nice and he seems like a good player and all, but dude is an average at best QB. He hasn't proven anything and they only win due to having Beast Mode and a nasty defense. The idea that he was long considered #2 in the MVP race wasn't laughable but downright embarassing to the sport. To answer OP's question, Manning, Brady, and Rodgers could. Nobody else

Peyton Manning played behind some horrendous offensive lines in Indy with no run game to speak of and won 12 games consistently.........

12 games in the AFC South(jacksonville, Titans, & Texans). That's why they keep getting bounce out of the playoffs almost every year and only won 1 superbowl. Edgering James was a great running back.
