One day after clamming up regarding Antonio Pierce's legal future, the District Attorney's office in New York City has confirmed they are planning to seek gun possession charges against Pierce.

And the charges are identical to those with which Plaxio Burress is charged: Felony gun possession, with a mandatory minimum sentence of 3.5 years in, as New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg calls it, the "slammer."

Looks like he might be jerking it in the pen... I thought that he just helped Plaxico get to the hospital... I mean I know he was there and all when it happened. I wonder how prepared he is to deal with this...
