Not legal in SC but it is in NC. You don't have to be a resident of a state that it is legal in just present in the state when you make the wager. Odds change all the time just like they do on live betting. I wanted to wait until it looked like a lock for him to make the team but then wfnz in Charlotte was talking about the exact wager on the radio so figured it was time to pull the trigger. On props like this the more people bet on a player their odds start to drop. I haven't looked to much but seems he's really the only guy who's odds have seemed to shift so a bunch of other people have placed wagers on him as well. Typically if I bet something it's like 5-20 bucks but I threw 100 on it.
