That’s not how it works, especially since we don’t have Horn follow #1s. It’s hell because the other team is usually throwing at you because Horn takes away the other option.

Jackson could never intercept a ball for the rest of his career and he’s still a very solid starting CB. It’s crazy to me people are saying things like he sucks or a good team would replace him. He’s been very good at covering guys and deflecting passes, which is even more impressive given that teams avoid the other side of the field cuz of Horn. Jackson is one of the better #2 CBs in the league and no amount of dropped interceptions changes that.

Why do people keep saying things like “it’s not Young’s fault we spent so much to draft him”? Who cares if it’s his fault? Nobody is saying send him to jail or anything. People aren’t talking about blame for the decision to draft him, they’re talking about how bad he is as a QB and how we’d be much better with even an average QB. Pointing out that we sunk a lot of resources into drafting him isn’t invalidated because he didn’t make that decision himself. Doesn’t matter whose fault that was, he’s still not playing like a QB who was drafted at all, much less one that cost two firsts, two seconds and a #1 WR.

Facebook is completely lopsided too. There’s a few people who live in reality but most either say he can do no wrong or flip flop based on whether we win or lose regardless of how he plays.

TMac coulda possibly caught that but it was a really bad throw. Way higher than it needed to be, awkward angle for TMac, fluttered throwing off TMac’s timing. Bet the Bryce brigade are gonna try to call that a drop too. Just a bad pass.
