Did Cam get a tattoo on his forearm?

Would be pretty dumb of him to do so.

And Cam does not remind me of an idiot.

Only really dumb thing I remember him doing is the laptop deal out the window/painting/writing on it. And that's saying something, kind of hard not to be caught doing dumb poo when you have this much media coverage if you were a dumbass.

getting bandages is the new getting a tattoo taboo. Cam is once again ahead of the curve.

JR cares and I understand where he as an owner is coming from. It is easier to market a player, especially in the Carolina's, who doesn't have tattoos than there is a player with them. Like it or not, an African-American (and yes, I'm African-American) scattered with tattoos isn't always seen in a positive light.

Not that I really care if he gets them. But if Richardson asked him not to and Newton said he wouldn't, I don't see why he'd blatantly disregard that and go back on his word. Which is why Newton obviously didn't get a tattoo. He wouldn't outright disrespect Richardson like that because that isn't him.

Also, this is Cam we're talking about. Does anyone think he'd have managed to get a tattoo without it leaking to the media yet?

Still has nothing to do with his job though. If it does, then why did he get bashed for saying he was an "icon and etertainer"? Because he isn't. His job is to win games, anything extra is his choice and shouldn't be looked at any other way. It is nice he is keeping his word but I wouldn't think less of him if he decided otherwise, because I don't feel like it matters.

I never said it has anything to do with his job. Just that I understand where Richardson, an owner, is coming from.

Cool Mage, where in Africa are you from?

If you don't know something, it's easier to look it up rather than embarrassing yourself like that.

african american

noun an American whose ancestors were born in Africa

If you need any of those words looked up for you, let me know.

Actually if you are drafted number 1 overall as a QB your job for the franchise can be bigger than just throwing a football.

Neither is our kinky hair and broad noses. so I doubt how we are precieved by some has a darn thing to do with the tats.

FYI, anyone with tats scattered isn't a pretty sight. Don't care the ethnicity or race...Just saying... :)

...Because our media are filled with hypocrits.

Shame on Cam for seeing himself how he would like to be seen in the future.Little did he know that with today's media, it's not your accomplishments and who you are that gives you Iconic status, is how THEY see you and how much they want to boost your EGO...Just ask The Golden Calf of Bristol who has done way less then Cam in 2 years and is treated like an "entertainer/Icon" already. Just saying.

Cam was a nobody as far as the media coverage was concerned when he was 18 and at UF. It was Tim who was the Entertainer/Icon when Cam was there. Cam was nothing more than a freshman hoping to get a chance to play QB.
