  1. Probably picking top-3 now that the Giants and Raiders became juggernauts at the end of the season.
  2. So if Mike Evans puts up 200 receiving yards, Yosh Nijman gets blasted for three sacks and the Panthers rush for 12 yards, you're benching Young as a result.
  3. Oh there are absolutely two big-time, 30-40 point curb-stompings incoming. But the team believes it's worth more to see if Plummer can lead a few drives in garbage time vs. spending a sixth-round pick on a QB. Not my justification, but theirs.
  4. If Young gets hurt and/or it's 43-0 in the fourth quarter, they want to see what Plummer has to determine the moves at backup QB. Of course with his best weapon out, we excused poor play from other second-year QBs in other conferences, so curious to see if that approach is applied here.
  5. Lee is atrocious. Roster's too good to be the league's worst team, and that falls on the coach.
  6. Yeah I don't care what these losers do anymore, I'm only rooting for the coach to get fired.
  7. I am very unenthusiastic about picking a DL who plays on a defense that's full of stars, allowing him free reign to go after the ballcarrier/passer. He won't have that luxury here, so is it worth burning a top-five pick to get four sacks spread over 17 games?
  8. I think he was talking about Panthers fans blaming the OL and defense for the Texans' losses, but blaming Young for the Panthers' losses.
  9. I'm not saying there's some chasm between the two. But the AFC South has two teams with worse records (right now) than the last-place team in the NFC South.
  10. Just means they won’t win the Super Bowl.
  11. Screen pass no clue, but Coker took a 30-yard pass an extra 53 yards Sunday before last.
  12. First time in a calendar year that a Bryce Young win did not equal a pink slip for someone the following week. Finally, a modicum of respect.
  13. Uh buddy, there's a 99% chance this team wouldn't pick one of the blue chip players with the No. 1 pick. Let's enjoy a win that ruined someone else's season and leave it at that. Still picking top-2 or top-3 at worst.
  14. There's actually a very decent path to the No. 1 pick still, when you consider the teams above and who they play.
  15. Every coordinator hire has that potential at some point. Some more than others.
  16. Good point. All those Super Bowl seasons in 2018-22 really came and went.
  17. I am. He can't catch. History to this point favors my opinion, and it will continue to favor it in the future.
  18. I would not trade Coker, a UDFA, for Harrison, a top/five pick.
  19. This thread is full of “Yeah, but”. Just be glad the guy played great. I’ll take three touchdowns and no turnovers any week of the year. We don’t need to move the goalposts further every time he plays well anymore than we shorten them when he doesn’t.
