First game of the preseason in JULY and yall out here talking sh*t about second stringers lol

I like hearing it’s getting chippy. A lot of the same guys as last year on both sides. Means they’re getting to know each others strengths and weaknesses and get under each others skin. That bodes well for improvement across the board. Just like how Jordan Gross credits going up against Julius Peppers in practice for making him a better player. I mean no sh*t bro you had to block a certified HOFer every day hahaha

I see a lot of "Bryce at QB" and "incomplete"

What else should they do? Sign a different, younger journeyman free agent QB? Draft another QB? Dalton already knows the offense made this team look competitive at times last year, lets not forget that. He could step in and win a game or two if called upon. And this is Bryce's make or break year. If Bryce sh*ts the bed this year he isn't getting his 5th year option picked up and they'll probably be in the market for another QB in the first round next offseason. So what difference does it make? You think signing someone like Mitch Trubisky is going to make a big difference over Andy Dalton?

He’s a backup. Most teams are cooked if their starter went down for more than a couple games

Did not like Teddy as a football player but he seems like a good dude. I guess this is the “if you’re going to bring in a snack you need to bring enough for the whole class” penalty because of the care he gave to the team the other schools can’t compete. It’s a shame that doing good for some kids who likely have a rough home life is punished these days.

What a pathetic excuse for an NBA team. The league has made this franchise a punch line for late night TV jokes if they even remember the team exists. I GREW UP IN CHARLOTTE and followed the team in the good years and even I still forget the Hornets still exist sometimes. The truth is there is no reason for this team to exist. Delete franchise and follow college basketball.

The Hornets are never going to be good and it would be better if they didn't exist. Picking garbage players forever and ever and it will never change.

I agree with this. Florida is going to be tough to beat. But they can’t keep that group together much longer so the hurricanes window might open a little wider. My problem is the series should have looked the way it did in games 4 and 5. From the second period of game 1 thru 3 were an abysmal effort and the players just looked defeated. I was very disappointed in the overall effort until games 4 and 5. I think it’s very fair to ask if Rod is the right man for the job right now. If they’d gotten swept again and they lost game 4 like 5-0, id say he might need to go. But I think the team bounced back enough to give him another year with the front office going all in to bolster the roster. Failure to reach the finals with a full push to build the roster to win now, Rod goes next offseason, and the team focuses on retooling around their younger players.

They tried. Not a good enough team to beat Florida. They are bigger faster and more talented. The effort wasn’t there for the whole series and that’s on Rod

If they can at least get a win in Raleigh it will feel a lot better going into the offseason. Another blowout loss was going to (hopefully) cost Brindamour his job. If they can claw back and make it a 6 or 7 game series that shows that Brindamour hasn’t lost his touch and can still rally the players. They looked absolutely lost in games 1-3 and I was ready for him to go

3 is worse than 2, they have the tools to make your life hell side note im watching some dumb appletv show with my wife instead now. They are losing this game 100% and I highly doubt they score another goal in the series. Time for brindamour to go

For two of these games my 3 year old skipped his nap and I got him down before 8, didn’t do any good watching the garbage games though
