  1. Faker is gone, knew he’d be a failure from the beginning. He’s a coward and he showed it on the football field.
  2. It all seems to me the 49ers reached out to Baker via back door channels to try and facilitate his release. Classy move by the Panthers to cut him but I have a feeling they might have been considering it already
  3. Somehow a pretty decent one actually
  4. You’re right, Matt Rhule didn’t physically abuse anyone. He is just a fraud with narcissistic personality disorder
  5. Matt Rhule is a delusional narcissist. The most concerning thing about all this is the owner of our favorite team paid this man a guaranteed 7 year contract worth 72 million dollars. Rhule is gone but we got bigger problems fam
  6. Ultimately I don’t think many players who have stuck around the league for a few seasons care at all. Honestly reaching the NFL at all even for a short time is a massive achievement regardless of what team or coach you play for. These players will tow the party line until it’s not convenient to do so and then they’ll migrate to toeing the line for another coach. Except low IQ players like Robbie Anderson who will likely be out of the NFL as soon as next season.
  7. Yep. Honestly I think Darnold could be a good long term backup.
  8. Fat Fool strikes again. This grease monkey glossed Tepper for tens of millions. What a garbage franchise this has become.
  9. I mean yea they have a black cat as a mascot
  10. literally came here to post this guy is garbage he's worse than Baker Mayfield
  11. Stroud is a better prospect than anyone on the roster thread over bye
  12. I don’t want to alarm you but it has been 7 years
  13. I always thought Wilson was one of the luckiest QBs in the history of the NFL. It seems like every time he needed to make a play he would pull a horseshoe out of his anus and make the exact play they needed. Happened so many times over the years. My thoughts - his luck has finally run out.
  14. He will beat #23 ranked Purdue or something and he will declare himself sultan of the universe
  15. It’s just too early to say. I think Wilks is a good man and a competent football coach. He needs to be in the running for the top position only if this team finishes strong and he leads the team to a winning record or close to it (not counting the 1-4 start under Rhule). The rest of the season will tell us a lot. Let’s say he wins out and the team finishes 9-8 and wins the division. Uh, no duh, I want Wilks back next season no questions asked. But on the flip side let’s say the team utterly collapses and loses the rest of their games to finish 4-13. Bye Felicia. The likely scenario is they finish around 6-11 or 7-10. That puts Wilks with a record of 5-7 or 6-6. Is that good enough to warrant another season? With those records, they probably won’t be in the mix for a top rookie QB in the draft. Who is going to play QB? Who will coach the offense? I just worry if they keep Wilks as HC, we will end up with the same mess we’ve been in without a franchise QB and relying on journeymen offensive coordinators to develop a young QB. If the season finishes as I expect, we will need a complete overhaul on offense. So I’m more into hiring an offensive minded head coach like Shane Steichen, or even Frank Reich. Someone with a history of working with QBs and a track record of success.
  16. woooo we win a meaningless game and that doesn’t change the fact the rams offered a stupid amount of compensation for him. The cowboys traded Hershel Walker for a kings ransom and proceeded to turn those picks into Super Bowls
  17. Eh they’ve quite obviously given up on their coach and on Wilson
  18. That 3rd and short was a great opportunity to run a play action and get a wide open TE for a TD. That’s a play you might need in a game that matters. Nope, let’s run into the teeth of the defense for a loss.
  19. 14/22, 199 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs Panthers lose
  20. He fits there, so much more so than in Charlotte. His personality is better suited to college.
  21. The Colts look a lot worse without Eberflus running a top tier defense, I’ll say that much. They were a ground and pound team that played excellent defense the last couple seasons. The defense fell back to average without Eberflus their stud RB got hurt, and Matt Ryan is too old and sucks to overcome that. That said I don’t think Reich should have been fired mid season and the Colts are dumb.
  22. Tepper is going to have a hard time getting anyone worth a sh*t to work with him
