I think I’m planning on being the world’s worst sore winner next time this team is good its abundantly clear there’s a hierarchy of teams the league champions as being good for the brand, protagonists of the story with lowly teams like the panthers standing in their way As I say this the league just gifted the cowboys a bogus roughing call theres a reason why Cam dabbing and trash talking every major media friendly team was so cathartic, and I, a jaded fan who remembered the bad times, wanted to win with grace and didn’t embrace it as much as I should i don’t think I am next time im going to troll every league page, I’m going to trash talk every stupid bandwagon fan, I’m going to gloat and jeer at every league employee I come within a hundred miles of at any sporting event the things that team like the panthers have to overcome simply to reach baseline in a league that aggressively pushes preferred markets makes me feel like we’re entitled to letting everyone know just how little we care about their feelings when we finally make it to the top

He has played so much quicker the last three games. people got hung up on the stat line in the saints game but he was clearly starting to settle in

I have not been so angry that I broke things in quite a number of seasons but here we are the nfl just willed the packers to victory because of smooth brained part time referees hung up on the logo on the side of the helmet absolutely garbage product from the worst run sports organization in the United States with the worst commissioner

This is the most lip sided officiating game I have ever seen i get that the packers are a legacy team and little brained officials get sucked into that kind of thing but at least make it look impartial

Dude has nobody but himself to blame for that one. He missed a tackle early in the game because he turned to the ball carrier and he just got hurt doing it again. Terrible tackling form.

this has been the worst officiated game I’ve seen since the league willed Dallas to the playoffs against in ‘07

This is exactly the kind of player that every program that isn’t a big time college blue blood is getting privileged fans of privileged teams don’t see the problem because “wow we can just go out and get what we need, this is great!” like lol

all the worst fears of the portal and NIL have been realized players certainly deserve to use their own likeness but the expected predictions that people hand waved away have absolutely come to fruition mid tier schools have become feeder developmental programs for the big schools, desperately trying to reload with the rising cream of the bottom rung programs its all entrenched everybody in place and between that and the super conferences it’s hard to envision any program ever truly developing itself into a blue blood unless changes are made you’ll see a school or two every season fluke it’s way into top contention and the people who benefit from the system or the people were begging for it and don’t want to admit they were wrong will latch onto that as a sign of success, but unless things change it’s going to be virtually impossible for lower and mid tier schools to climb the ladder

He’d be nice to keep around with Evero but Tepper but basically has to say “you can pick your own staff entirely” at this point to potential candidates just to make a point
