One would think and hope that he would be spending alot of time with his mechanics, footwork, and accuracy. Any news on what the plan is to improve on his game. He needs all the help he can get. Maybe some of you "football junkies" have heard something.

We lost the trade due to the Shitt way we used the picks on JAG's and less then JAG's. And not getting a #1 pick for CMC was another loss. Fitt really fuged that up. Did he not want to be here, who knows. I remember him hanging out in the Bahamas with his beautiful fiance, instead of being on the field. I'm sure he was okay with the team letting him lay low while cashing a check.

Tepper is a piece of work. Team is totally dysfunctional and Tepper is the main reason why. This is not a way to run a franchise.

It appears he is giving Canales the reigns to hire the coaching staff he wants. Maybe the first step in getting out of the way and letting the HC decide the hires. If he continues this with Morgan also, things maybe looking up. Fingers crossed

Joe Person writes that both men will report to Tepper. So the same shitt is going to happen again. Never ending circle with this guy. He can't just sit back and let the coaches do the job. Canales is just the guy he wanted because he can force his will on him. Morgan not so much, but I am sure he found ways that he could influence him also. Dis-heartening to say the least. Bryce needs to be much more then "servicable". First round pick needs to be the guy and a difference maker. Anything less is bullshitt.

Meh. The Bucs weren't top twenty in offense amd the running game was even lower. Teppers temper tantrums caused them a top hire.

If Tepper didn't shitt the bed with his antics and bad decision making,we may have had a chance at one of the top candidates. Now we have to roll the dice on a guy with OC experience and a short resume. I have the feeling all the big names just had second thoughts about coming here and said fug no after some consideration. No HC candidate with any hope of quick success would take this job, maybe not even long term success. Worst job out of all the ones available. All these interviews are just playing teams against one another. Unless any candidate is just in for Teppers $. Who would want that "guy" as HC anyway? Canales and Morgan are the best we can hope for (I hope Morgan will work out). Canales is a total unknown quantity. Roll of the dice. This team is a fuggin mess from top to bottom. A bunch of JAG's (except for a handful of player's). Some are barely practice squad material. They have a QB who has not shown much SO FAR and no first round pick. Add a meddling owner into the mix. If you where in any qualified candidates shoes would you take this job above all the others? Be honest...would you?

WTF do you guys want? Shitt team with a ton of problems, no first round pick and a QB that is a big ?. Beggars can't be choosers? Hope for the best.
