This is what you get when the owner and his VP wife make football decisions. Obviously they wanted Young regardless of other opinions from coaches etc. Tepper picked the HC and GM. The rest of the peons fall in line behind. His wife went to "classes" about managing a NFL franchise (or some bullshat like that). She is now 2nd in command of a billion dollar plus franchise....with zero actual football experience. They made the play for Young, and this I am convinced of. The Hedge fund God screwed the pooch and we all are along for the ride.

Here is a dose of reality to start your day: Young isn't a franchise QB...period The coaching staff isn't cutting it The team has grade c- talent in most areas The owner and his wife have mangled this team into something unrecognizable Team has been setback years with the awfull trades and decisions Choose whichever ones to blame....it doesn't matter.

Brees is a first ballot HOF lock. Young may not even be in the league four years from now. High expectations on your part I would say.

He is not a franchise QB.....period

Start over two years from now. Bryce will be gone by then and we will probably suck enough to get a high pick. Not a number one probably....but who knows.

He does have a super brain.....I have heard.

Reality strikes. He is not a franchise QB....period. I really don't care about all the excuses to cover his ass. He may be a starter someday, but I don't see him being a top ten QB. Gave up alot of goods to pick him and don't think it is going to work out in the long run. This may have set the team back years. See him as a serviceable NFL QB at best. Sorry I have watched alot of football in my day. He just has to many limitations to be a franchise QB
