One never knows what a true starting chance for him may produce. Hopefully he has learned how to throw the ball away when in trouble and stop throwing to covered receiver's. Mayfield is what he is and won't change.

Got a feeling that Wilkes may be able to do something like this. Win a few games that seemed un-winnable with Rhule and company.

Wilkes comes in and somehow wins 6 games. They end up out of the top ten in draft picks. They either draft the best option at QB where they sit or bring in a vet to mentor M.C next season with option to start him when ready. Opinions please...

It has been reported by Dan Fetes(?), that the Bills have inquired about CMC. Possibly looking for some sort of trade. Would you do the deal if if involved draft picks for 2023?

If they have any pride at all, then play the hardest you can to win. If you suck and lose out, that's fine. If playing with half hearted effort and a losing mentality, then go the fug home. I'd rather have a team that gives 110% then one that drags ass across the field in a losing effort. Never a sure thing in the draft. Play to win and let the chips fall where they may.

His play calling has been atrocious. Sure Baker sucks, but the play design and the entire offense is running on empty. Is he next?

It's a start. Lets see who they hire next year for HC and a new OC. Take it from there.

Will just firing Rhule do it? Firing Rhule and the OC do it? Is the base lost and will take years to recover? Will winning bring them back or has the damage been done? How do they pull the bandage off and let the wounds heal? Twenty fifteen was a magical season and we are light years away from that energy. Is the fanbase done with this farse for good?

Truth is Tepper owns the team and ran after Rhule with contract in hand. You can blame Rhule for his performance, but the owner put the nail in the coffin and shredded the team and lost the fanbase.

Reminds me of a bad marriage where the guy won't get a divorce. His wife would take him to the cleaners and he would be living under a bridge.

The fist fights on the sidelines would be interesting anyway
