    I was doing a lot of distance running and now with the heat I'm just sticking to 3 mile runs. I'm also just focusing on increasing my speed for a while. I've somehow gained 5 lbs over the last two months and I can't figure out why. My waistline if anything has gotten smaller. I guess I could still be converting fat into muscle.

    Jonathan Stewart really seems to be in better spirits this year from looking at his pictures in camp. I hope this is a sign of a great upcoming season for him.

    ​I recently did the same and got into 34's for the first time since my 20's and they are already feeling loose. I also only lost like 10 lbs but it looks like I've lost 20.

    I agree it won't be a big difference but I would say like 95-96% (there are actual odds if someone wants to research it). It could be a game changer for like one game a season. If it helps you win great. If no and you lose then it is the worst rule change ever.

    I was a Dolphins fan growing up because Dan Marino was the most awesome thing I ever saw as a gun slinger. To date no other arm has ever impressed me after watching him growing up. I did attend all of the first games in Clemson though and became a Panther for life once I had a local team. I was present for THE INTECEPTION!

    Ageing RB with a history of injuries. No way that brings a first. Maybe we could package his exercise bike with him.
