  1. Bryce took a sack in the preseason because he refused to throw the ball downfield I mentioned it when it happened. As soon as I saw that I knew nothing had changed
  2. I honestly believe Plummer would do more than Bryce has Plummer has at least shown the willingness to throw the ball past 10 yards
  3. I agree. I don’t even care if it’s someone we take 1st overall, let him sit a year I don’t think there was any amount of “developing” that was going to do anything differently for Bryce though. His arm was never getting better. He was never getting bigger. Allar has all the tools. I haven’t been a fan but I’d definitely get behind the pick knowing he has the tools and would be given a chance to sit and develop with Canales
  4. I seriously can’t believe there are people who still think this was a Canales decision. Actually having been on this board for as long as I have I can believe it but still
  5. There were a couple throws during camp that led Johnson out of bounds that should’ve been walk-in scores. ”young threw it only where his guy could get it” smh
  6. Christ is it ever sad that I’d trade him straight up for Sam Howell. So to think we gave up the farm for Sam lol Id probably trade him for Drew Lock and Jalin Hyatt I think we better get a QB back. A 4th rounder ain’t gonna do sh!t. So trade for one of the young backups and let Canales try with them
  7. I just finished reading this article. Deserves its own thread
  8. Yeah I get all that, I’m the first to say scout the player not the helmet but this is David Tepper we’re talking about
  9. Yeah saw this somewhere else earlier this week. The fact Dan was a Bryce guy combined with the offseason/draft we had… We are F*CKED
  10. I agree. I know Saban is gone but no way Tepper wants to hear a peep about another Bama QB
  11. I like Sanders the quarterback but I have serious doubts about all his other BS in the NFL If he went up to the podium and threw his OL under the bus like he did 2 weeks ago then he’s loses the locker room for good. At this point the whole Deion circus sh!t versus David Tepper might be entertaining as hell. Maybe Deion keeps Tepper in check and starts calling shots. Can’t be worse than what’s going on now
  12. College football + draft the two kind of go hand in hand
  13. I’m trying to find where exactly Dumbass Newton said this but can’t find it anywhere Nevermind I guess it was Bryce that said he was “open to anything” and they’re taking that and running with it
  14. Team who are drafting later are typically the better run organizations. Better organization = better team = better situation for a QB drafted by that team I wanted Jordan Love in the 2020 draft and I would’ve taken him at 7. I guarantee Jordan Love would be either out of the league right now or going on a back-up tour had we drafted him. Instead he goes to GB and gets to sit and properly develop and is now a franchise QB
  15. Because they’re not going to the dog sh!t organizations/teams and are given the time to develop properly
  16. Man there truly is no helping the stupid that litters this place
  17. When they literally told Diontae he was the X the day he arrived. Canales scheme is WR1 dependant. I said a few times during the offseason how Evans bailed him out. We don’t have that guy. Canales called 3 plays for Diontae down in the red zone. 1 against Buffalo and 2 against New Orleans. All 3 ended horribly. Dan then drafted a super raw WR in a very deep WR class. Mitchell and Burton both have been playing well and both bring a speed element we are so badly lacking Dan proved he doesn’t have a very good understanding of the talent we have on this roster and seems to be even more clueless when it comes to understanding our cap space situation
  18. You’d have to be as clueless as Bryce Young in the pocket to think Dave Canales was behind the benching Which is about 50% of this place so that checks out
  19. I know playing in Kiffin’s offense is going to raise a lot of questions but Dart could end up being an intriguing option in 2nd
  20. Yeah given our crap cap situation I’m not keeping Bryce around for those types of cap hits for the .0000000000000001% chance he becomes something in this league
  21. lol whenever someone repeats a question back to themselves you know it’s over
  22. Zach Wilson, Drew Lock, Justin Fields or even Trey Lance No way Fields leaves Pittsburgh given the little success he’s finally having So Zach Wilson or Drew Lock. Bo Nix seems to be who I always thought he was so Wilson might get some play eventually this year. Lance has all the tools so for that I’d be willing to entertain it
