    We need to switch back to a 4-3 scheme. Every time we've tried to implement a 3-4 under Tepper it has been a disaster.

    A 0 in blocking for Zavala is incredible. How is he on the roster? The fact our linebackers suck is maybe the worst thing though. In a 3-4 that's the most important position. We drafted great linebackers consistently for decades before this stupid shift to the 3-4 and now we just have garbage

We also switched to the more popular 3-4 and that didn’t work either. every heard of the blue ocean strategy? That’s what we were until Tepper. It worked okay. Then we decided to copy everyone else and it failed horrendously
