Thomas is better than both Chacnellor and Sherman. And Bobby Wagner may even be more important than any of the DBs as well. The unit as a whole is what's so huge. KJ Wright is a beast as well and their front 4 is no 2013 Panthers but they hold their own. And Lynch is that entire offense. If I'm them, I'm not paying Wilson a dime over $18M/year with less than $40M guaranteed. Too risky the way he's built and how he runs, and that he's not the reason for their success. If they give him some massive $20M/year deal fully guaranteed every Seattle fan should puke.

The 26 Draft Prospect that will be at the Draft
t96 replied to nctarheel0619's topic in Carolina Panthers
With the 25th overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft, the Carolina Panthers select.... Landon Collins, safety, Alabama (tears of joy fill the arena as Collins stumbles to the stage and promises a Super Bowl win) -
Use your eyes.

You're not taking into account his achilles injury. Since then he's lost all the explosiveness he ever had, and is slower now than Jennings is even at his age.
-
If he was actually a number 2 he'd have had over a dozen teams interested in him, and for even more then $3M. Crab frankly isn't that good.
-
Not for $3M possibly $5M. Philly has wayyyyyy more upside and room to improve than him anyways.

Add to the list of 150 players that won't be there at 25.

Both the original poster and the reply are stupid.

That time of the month already?

Him visiting Jax is news and either deserves it's own thread or for this to be bumped.
-
I think it's more about finding the right situation for his family than it is about money.
-
Let's hope it's his last visit and he'll make his decision soon.

Hoping he can teach Norman, Bene, Tre and any other young guys we draft/sign how to do that. The Seahawks' secondary as a unit is spectacular at stripping the ball. Go back to D-Will's game-losing fumble in 2013, first guy came in and whacked it and it wiggled loose a little bit but he held on, then instantly another guy is there and smacks it out. Would add another great aspect to our secondary if we can get our d-backs to play like that. -

Yes. How do you think Igo gets his insider info? He pays my ass off, that's how. -

And D-Will's not off the books yet. CJ could take a pay cut. We cut Cotch if we sign Jennings, in my opinion. I don't think it rules out Jennings, or even changes the chances of it at all. Gettleman will pay/offer him a fair price, regardless of what happens with other free agents at other positions. -

2 fluke injuries, and it's a no risk high reward signing. He wasn't young when he was an all-pro in 2012, and he's barely had any more wear and tear since then.
