If you use this logic only half the teams in the NFL have a NFL caliber running back.. In 2023 12 RBs rushed for over 1000 yds, in 2024 there were 16.

Panthers Sign QB White to roster; Christensen on IR

Is this a sign that come game-time Bryce will sit? -
I just think Chuba is not 100%. I'm not advocating for him or Dowdle, but Chubba had over 1110 yds total in 23, over 1300 last year, and was a top ten back both of those years. And not to mention he was doing it with a team that no passing game at all, and a mediocre OL. Just saying... Chubba is above average when healthy. But I want to make it clear, I do think DC not giving Rico the majority of carries the last few weeks after the tear he was on, is a fireable offense.
-
Everybody willing to trade Chuba until Rico comes back to earth and isn't avg 6 yds a carry. Then we are back wishing we had a 2 RB tandem. I don't think it's the time to trade either RB. If Rico stays hot, at the end of season we are probably going to have to let him go anyway, because we won't pay him what he will be looking for. If he does come back down to earth with his numbers maybe we can afford to keep both RBs or we let one go then. I think we just need Rico to get 65% of the carries and distribute the rest.

Anybody heard if Bryce is a full participant in practice today?

Why is Mann getting all these minutes? I just don’t get it

The difference I see is we are actually a better unit offensively then the Browns. -

Some would call me crazy, but I wouldn't be mad if we could swing a trade to get Shadeur for next season. I know it's been mentioned several times, but I truly believe the Browns are gonna be looking a QB in the 1st Rd again this year. Bring some excitement to Charlotte, let's see what he has. -

I want to repeat what I said when we drafted BY... We need too much help at other positions to be spending a top draft pick on QB. I think if we can hit on FA and the draft one more year, we can then start thinking about taking a shot on a QB in the 1st rd in the draft. We need Safety help, CB help, LB HELLLLPPPPPP!, it wouldn't hurt to have a pure pass rusher (FA pickup IMO), OT to replace Moton (which I said we needed before we signed his extension) and a WR2, unless Coker can make the jump in the rest of this season. Bringing a Rookie QB in to play behind this line and with this offense is a recipe for disaster. -
For this reason, BY will not play against the Packers. They will find a reason for him to stay on the bench again.

I just want to know why we had Mann in the game late instead of Sexton.
-
Let’s roll the dice on Kirk Cousins. They obviously aren’t playing him in Atlanta. If he plays good enough we have a QB for a few more years and avoid drafting another lost cause.

Would they really replace Mays at this point? Corbett has earned his position as backup in my eyes. Maybe Corbett at RG, and BC at RT? But no way I take Mays back out for Corbett.

How to distribute touches between chuba and dowdle

Can we run an offense with both backs on the field together? -
With the Panthers 1st pick in the 2026 NFL… they select the best CB available!
-
I'll reserve my judgement for a few more weeks. After our running game the last few weeks, I can guarantee teams will be making BY beat em. Now lets see what he can do then. Until then, I will say he didn't do anything to hurt us, and I'm proud of him for that.

If I keep seeing this pop up, I'm dropping my subscription. This is ridiculous. HELP!!!!!!

All these grown men busting there as— and he continues to stink it up. Why one of his team mates hasn’t jumped in his shi- is beyond me!
