No draft picks to improve the team next year. There is some cap space, but who will want to come to play for this staff? If they have improved, I would say let’s give him a chance for his famous third year. But we haven’t improved and giving him a third year will set us back for years to come. I hope I’m wrong.

Agreed. Keeping Hurney for as long as he did was a bad sign of things to come IMO. Especially letting Hurney have a huge hand in hiring Rhule. That should have been a sign, if Hurney is raving over a coach, it’s probably a bad hire.

I think you’re right about the interim. All the assistants are Rhules guys from college except for the qb coach and st coach. If Rhule is fires, I don’t think one of his boys would take the interim job in his place, and if Ryan or Blackburn take the position, who’s gna be on their staff? I doubt Nixon, Snow and the rest of Rhules staff would stick around.

May I ask what you have heard, will it be at the end of the season or this week?
