So are you leaving out the fact that Robbie was coming back from injury in one of those 2018 games and was on limited snaps? Take away that game and he had 4 catches for 48 yards which was around his per game average with Darnold. So with a journey man QB in Mccown he put a little less yards and about the same in receptions. Even then his numbers were still better without Darnold, and what good is yard per reception of you can’t even crack 800 yard marker. I’m willing to be Robby was happier with his roll in with Teddy than with Darnold.

Yes let’s draft a rookie QB like basically every other successful franchise. Almost it’s every rookie will take their lumps, Herbert and Burrow had horrible lines last year, that didn’t deter them.

Simms put blame on Brady and Darnold. But if you look at every drop from Sunday’s game the majority didn’t have impact on the drives I think only 2 or 3 really halted drives. The rest were either not going for gains, or the drive continued. Not to mention Darnold lack of precision, almost every drop was a finger tip drop.

Go back and look at all the drops, only two I can remember where drive killers the Moore TD drops, and the Robby drop that was supposed to be a 12 yard gain and first down. The Hubbard and Moore drop were not even gonna go for big gains if anything it was better they dropped cause it saved time. Even the drops were not good throws by Darnold, everything is difficult with him.

I already know the next upcoming off season they will be guys like Daniel Jones, Drew Lock, maybe even Derek Carr available, this front office has to say no to all of them. They need to draft a QB and build him up. Go look the past SB winners, mvps or just the best teams in general, outside of Peyton and Brady all of them were drafted by their original team.
