I think this game is precisely why some in the organization think the Panthers are a QB away from at the very least competing in the playoffs. With a QB, it’s 14-0.

We’ve got to start coming up with better arguments than this. I mean for fug’s sake… who are the good teams? Tennessee and Georgia? That’s probably it by the standards that the idiots on this board go by. What do you want Maye to do? Throw 7 TD passes? Drake Maye, a college freshmen, outperformed Hendon Hooker, a five year college player against the same opponent (Pittsburgh). I’m convinced that people who continue to make these stupid ass comments in regards to competition levels have never played organized sports. All Maye can do is play to the best of his ability, he’s doing that.

There’s a few things that I don’t like about the current makeup of our lineup: Teravainen can’t get it going on the left side (he seems to be better suited for the right side), Kotkaniemi has been invisible other than his presence in the face off circle, Jarvis needs to play with a power forward to take pressure off of him having to be the main forechecking presence, and Coghlan cannot play his off side. I’d like to see something like this while we wait for Pacioretty to return.
