  1. Lol… apparently Bouknight was found unconscious in a parking lot.
  2. Yeah, not a typical RBA move but I kind of like it. With de Haan’s injury history I don’t mind sitting him some.
  3. I found myself watching Wrexham take on Blythe on Saturday morning in the FA Cup on ESPN. It was a fun watch.
  4. I count 16… are they really saving an extra spot for Bridges…
  5. Alright… these are the projected lines. Teravainen - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - Kotkaniemi - Necas Stastny - Staal - Fast Martinook - Stepan - Noesen Slavin - Burns Skjei - Pesce Coghlan - Chatfield Andersen Raanta Scratches - de Haan, Bear Injured - Kase LTIR - Pacioretty, Gardiner
  6. Not to completely hijack this thread but what do you think about ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ and Reynolds and McElhenney taking over the team… it’s very fascinating from a US soccer fans point of view.
  7. Hahaha, they are projecting it could take 10 years before the project reaches full completion as it’s not a small task but it should make the area a lot more fun on game day. Nothing currently gets me going more than walking past the Wolfpack’s practice facility and parking lots on the way inside PNC arena… lol. I think surrounding the stadium with entertainment is a great idea.
  8. They are going to convert all the parking into bars, restaurants, retail stores, hotels, apartments, office space, and a live music venue, Dundon is also going to add a sportsbook at PNC arena. As for parking, they are going to add garages and have designated tailgating areas.
  9. So are we going to let Samir Suleiman off the hook… the guy responsible for cap management…
  10. Right but in reality, every team should just kick the can… you get two months at the end of the year to figure out how to get under… I honestly think it’s dumb not to kick the can. I mean hell, just keep pushing it all off until we all die, the world ends, the NFL folds, whatever doomsday scenario you want, etc…
  11. I think if you have a hard salary cap then you need to hold teams accountable for said cap and teams should be required to get under the cap much earlier than March. The season is over for most teams in January… giving teams two months to manipulate the cap is dumb. Otherwise let’s just say fug it and have a soft cap like the NBA and penalize teams for going over.
  12. Right… and it’s ridiculous… like is Gayle going to have her team continue to kick the can until she passes and let the new owner deal with it…
  13. Just crushed a bread pudding and a Mountain Dew, assuming my arteries don’t clog, I’ll be ready for 10.
  14. In reality, it really is… until there are penalties for continuing to push money down the road teams will continue doing it. That’s one reason that I don’t worry about the cap anymore. It’s all bullshit…
  15. Well Fitterer has hit on his first round picks (I’m not going to place the blame on him for Horn’s inability to stay healthy)… the jury is certainly out on his remaining picks. The main issue for me is the impatience of the organization as a whole. All of these trades scream quick fix… I’m not in the meetings so I have no way of knowing if that was a Rhule thing or a Fitterer thing. I’m leaning towards Rhule because the ability to come in an turn things around quickly was what Rhule was known for. Now that Rhule is gone, we are already seeing the Panthers recoup picks. Overall, I personally feel like Fitterer was dealt a tough hand in working with Rhule and did the best he could. I’d be shocked to see the Panthers continue to trade away draft picks for under performing players hoping to turn them into competent football players. Some will argue that Fitterer shouldn’t have taken the job if he didn’t want to work under Rhule, but the bottom line is that you don’t turn down that type of promotion… you just hope you outlast the other guy.
  16. I’m more of a squatter, don’t know where all the other asses have been.
  17. I’d call those darts, in reality, to win in this league you need to spend a first round pick on a QB. People will make the Brady, Wilson, etc. argument… but the best QB’s currently in the NFL are all first round draft picks and they were drafted by the team they play for. If Fitterer drafts the wrong QB this year then he’s gone.
  18. During the Cam years it was nerf basketball, it (whatever locker game it is) just gets highlighted when the team sucks. Unfortunately, we could take the ping pong tables away but we’d still suck.
