  1. Here is the reaction to today and some additional insights from Norris
  2. We should be able to get a stud TE with our early 2 pick. That is a QBs best friend.
  3. I agree, and this is the hard part. We just want some kind of hope at this point
  4. My interpretation was that he was very hesitant on Levis and had to dig a bit deeper to find positive thing. They even said they needed two games to be able to do a proper analysis. But maybe I misread the analysis.
  5. Hahaha, I inferred that everyone is a homer and I passed no judgement. These are two separate things. One is being a homer and defending your guy against “accusations” from other posters. A completely different thing is how you rate said player I the draft. There is no spazzing or judgement, I was genuinely curious how you rate him. But you do you man.
  6. I didn’t say you wanting him in the top 10 made you a homer. I said defending your guys is very common, a lot of people do that. I’m a Tar Heel and I defend UNC players as well. But that doesn’t mean I’d take them in the top 10. Good grief people are sensitive, I don’t think I could have written my question any nicer or clearer.
  7. I usually do an annual mock draft accuracy competition with a bunch of friends, we’ve done it for 20 years. Adds a bit of additional fun to the draft.
  8. I think this is the big difference between the for and against camps. I don’t think he can be coached to overcome the mental aspects as there was no sign of progress in 2022 and he’s already a bit older. But I could be totally wrong.
  9. Lol, it has admittedly crossed my mind as well
  10. This was obviously for the crowd saying do nothing and just wait for next years draft, but you knew that. On a complete side note. I remember when Oldham used to be an extremely hard away game for any opponent. Consistently a top team on the second division, making noise in the FA cup etc. What happened? I’m not as close to it as I used to be in the 90s.
  11. I think it is absolutely normal to be a bit of a homer and defend your guys. But would you really draft him in the top 10?
  12. When you started this thread it looked like a duplicate of the other mock draft thread. But you’ve been cranking out mock drafts like a champ. Mock draft season is always a fun part of the year. Good for you man!
  13. I still don’t understand how you would have told/made the players not win on purpose. How do you actually do that in real life?
  14. It is totally fine to want Lamar. Different opinions make this board more interesting. Where it goes sideways is where every topic discusses Lamar. That’s what people get tired of. For example, this is a Will Levis thread.
  15. I think we do, and I don’t know if anyone will top it. Best case scenario is essentially Texans trading up and we go for pick #2.
  16. Very fair. This would be our only option to create any leverage. Essentially let us know shortly or we’ll move on to the Cardinals. But this play is admittedly a stretch.
  17. I might be wrong here, but from what I’ve seen is that Richardson is inexperienced and inaccurate. Levis is bad at processing. It is extremely hard to overcome poor processing in an older more experienced player. Not saying it can’t be done, but it feels like an uphill climb.
  18. If it was me I would give the Bears my best offer but they would have to accept before FA starts as a trade would dictate our FA strategy.
  19. Mods, maybe this should be pinned? It is Josh McCown breaking down Young, Stroud and Levis shortly before he was hired as our QB coach.
  20. All three of them are great, well worth your time
