  1. Fuggit. Throw him a screen and watch him go. He's got decent hands and loves to hit people. I can live with that!
  2. Hard to imagine him being worse than Jordan.
  3. Saunders & Roberts is my guess. If there's a third then Zylstra but I doubt it. Moore, Anderson, Shenault, Smith, Higgins, & TMJ is solid AF!
  4. He's better than Lovett tho. C'mon. I'm not so sure that he is though.
  5. I gotta admit, I wanted him bad. Glad that my mock drafts are infamously big ole steaming piles of crap.
  6. If we had drafted him, he'd be playing LT. (he was #3 on my list, but I thought there was a good chance Icky and Cross would be gone)
  7. Mays played RT in college. I would bet money that that he could beat out Daley as a back up. BTW, I missed the game Friday but know he took numerous snaps at Center. How'd he look?
  8. DJ, Robbie, Shi, & Higgins is a solid core. A lot of others pushing for those last 2 (or 3) spots.
  9. Yeah, I would assume from all the Law and Order I've seen over the years that he's at least an accessory, if not charged directly since he started the fight. Hell, starting the fight is assault.
  10. I was planning to pie for the title alone, then I saw the video. If there is any justice, he pulls time.
  11. I want to pie you for this, but I just can't bring myself to click the icon.
  12. Icky has a meanness/size/attitude that you can't coach. That's one of the reasons why I think his ceiling is so much higher than Christensen's. He was my pick from day 1 if he were there. It didn't hurt that he was the only one of the top 3 that I had seen play. I don't watch much college football anymore, but definitely grew up a State fan, so I try to catch a few of their games.
  13. From his draft profile: The pass protection has seen rough patches over the last two years and that might continue until his hands and feet start working in unison. Punch timing and independent hands should bring immediate improvement, but getting him to play with better focus and control in his pass sets will take time. We knew that he was a monster in the run game but needed to refine his pass blocking, which works for us since we're claiming to be a run first team. That's why I wasn't concerned when BC was getting starter reps over him in camp. Frankly, he was playing better. I have no doubt that Icky's ceiling at LT is miles above BC once he pulls it all together. Having too many starting caliber tackles is a good problem to have!
  14. If you're NOT talking about a lineman, that's a good thing.
  15. I give it 6 months before he's accused of wagging his pecker at someone else.
  16. From the Five Things to Watch at New England: Assessing for depth article: "Mays also got some more work at center in Wednesday's practice, so the Panthers have options to show against New England."
  17. His career earnings are $49.4M, including 2022 since it's fully guaranteed. Even if he only cleared half after agents, taxes, etc., he can do whatever TF he wants for the rest of his life. Landing a backup gig (and I think he'd be a good one) is icing on the cake.
  18. I'm not going to say that Rhule is incapable of making good decisions, but he has set a precedent of making some bad ones. If a dog bites me a few times, it doesn't me he'll bite me every time, but I sure as hell ain't going to trust him enough to try to pet him.
