    I agree this team as a whole has a lot of problems. Benching Bryce does not make us playoff contenders. Hopefully, Andy improves our QB play to the point where the talent, or lack thereof, can actually be assessed. I don't believe our defense is great either, but what do they look like when they're not on the field for 75% of the game.

    I agree with you. Bryce had plenty of opportunities. He is very inaccurate. Absolutely horrible QB play.

    There is no buffer between anyone in the building and Tepper. Haven't you heard, he has eyes...I mean spies...err, I mean rats...Everywhere. Just kidding. I'm truly hoping some of these changes help...

    I am voting for Evero, with a prayer that he can find an OC that can do something. I just like the guy. He made sour mash out of oats this year on Defense.

    This defense has arguably been in the top five this year, and you want to change it? Evero needs to stay as HC or DC, add a solid nose tackle (plus another solid LB to go with Luvu), get rid of Burns and watch this Defense cook, in the top 3.

    Burns has always been a one trick pony. Spin move. Even when he gets to the QB, it's 50/50 whether or not he actually gets a sack. He has never been the game changer that a 30+ million dollar deal warrants.
